Returns & Delivery

Delivery

​

If the item ordered is in stock, we aim to deliver within 5 to 7 days. Some items can take up to 21 days depending on the supplier.
Any item not in stock can take up to 12 weeks, dependant on the importer receiving the goods.
If the expected delivery date is not acceptable a refund will be offered to you on condition that we receive an email from you at info@whitestagcompany.co.uk within 3 days of us notifying you of the expected delivery date.

We can not be responsible for any delay in the expected delivery date, the date we quote you is merely a guide to delivery.
We aim to keep our website as up to date as possible for our customers. But occasionally items are out of stock and sometimes discontinued. We will notify you of this as soon as possible.

  • GB Mainland Standard Delivery (Door delivery with a standard UK delivery company e.g. U.K Mail.

  • Charge £4.95

  • All orders over £300 will qualify for FREE STANDARD DELIVERY

  • Delivery is to the front door of the property only. If access is restricted the delivery will be made to the closest point possible.


Small items will be sent by courier delivery. We currently use DPD who will contact you by text regarding delivery. You will receive a one hour window which you can change if not convenient for you.

Large items of furniture or multiple items will be sent by pallet delivery. This service is to the door only so it is advisable that you arrange to have help when expecting your delivery if it is a large item.

You must ensure that their is a responsible person at the delivery address to take delivery.A surcharge may be made by the delivery company if the first attempt at delivery fails.

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods will fit through your garden gate, house door, upstairs, through any internal door or window.

You must check the goods on receipt, and any issues, damages or shortages must be reported by email to info@whitestagcompany.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.

When signing for the goods it is your responsibility to ensure their is no obvious damage and to sign the delivery note accordingly.

Please be aware that our couriers do not insure for glass items.

Shipping

Our goal at White Stag Company is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across Europe, ensuring that we always provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

​

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

 

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving our warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Returns Policy


Under Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to a 7 day 'cooling off period'. Should you wish to return the item(s) you must inform us by email at info@whitestagcompany.co.uk within seven days and return the goods at your own expense by recorded delivery. Item(s) MUST be returned as new and in original packaging. A refund will be made on return of the item(s) LESS our original shipping charge.

  • You must unpack and check the item upon receipt for any damage. Any damages must be notified to us by email to info@whitestagcompany.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Damage to the packaging on receipt of the goods must be signed for on the drivers delivery note.

Items that require you to assemble yourselves at home cannot be returned once an attempt has been made at construction.Under no circumstances can special and bespoke orders be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.


There is a 25% restocking/ inconvenience fee for all cancelled orders.

Refund Policy

​

A full refund will be made if the items are received damaged only if you have signed for the items as damaged. The refund will be made within 5 days of us receiving the item (s)back. If refunding by credit/debit card we will only refund to the card that was used for the purchase.
